Mr. Eck & I had the pleasure of accompanying 14 OES students on a limo ride to D.C. We visited the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, and had lunch on the Potomac. We all had a wonderful time! 
On Thursday, OES 3rd graders held their annual Economics Fair. Students created and sold goods and services. Consumers found everything from massages and face painting to bookmarks, cookies, and duck tape wallets. Channel 21 (the FCPS news channel) was there videotaping the event for a news piece to be aired soon. -cg
