Happy Spring!

Spring is alive and well at OES!  The daffodils are blossoming and so are our students.  It is during this time of year that we begin to see huge gains in our students’ academic progress.  Beginning readers have gained confidence and skill and are now reading and understanding more sophisticated text.  Our 6th grade students visited their future middle schools and talked about signing up for classes and selecting electives.  Where does the time go?!

Many cheeky leprechauns visited our primary classrooms on Wednesday.  They made a mess of the rooms and left their footprints everywhere!

Mrs. Sung’s kindergarten students culminated their study of community helpers with a parade around the school.
