Farewell, but not goodbye

This week we celebrated a wonderful year of learning and fun.  We “tipped” it off with our staff vs. 6th grade volleyball and basketball games.  Student announcers called the plays as their classmates challenged their teachers’ athletic abilities.

Also, this week our kindergarteners impressed us with all they have learned.  They read and sang for proud parents as we recognized their achievements and raved about how much they have grown (figuratively and literally) since they entered Oakton in September.

Finally, “PAWS”  bid farewell to the children on Thursday.  He signed yearbooks, gave hugs and high fives as students loaded the buses for the last time.  We wish you all a wonderful summer and look forward to seeing everyone in September!
